Crowdestate overview

Follow me and I'll show you how to get high returns using crowdfunding

This page shows my returns from Crowdestate plus my account overview, so you can get an impression of this platform.

Crowdestate is a crowdfunding platform from Estonia that couples mostly real estate developers to international investors. Minimum investment is €100, and the platform is less suited for smaller investments as you can only invest in multiples of €100.

It is not easy to calculate the return rate for this platform, as a lot of loans are (full)bullet loans. This means the interest is not paid each month, but all at once together with the invested principal at the end of the loan period. This also explains the peaks in the interest chart.

I visited Crowdestate on September 16, 2019, you can find the report here.

Auto-invest settings

I publish my auto-invest settings to give you an impression and to inspire. You should not copy these settings without reviewing them and understanding their impact. There is no such thing as ‘the best settings’, as these vary per investor. Activating an auto-invest means you are giving away control over the investments you make, so be sure to limit the settings to your own preferences. When in doubt, stay on the safe side. Or keep investing manually. Settings that I have not mentioned have the default value.
